By using our website scraping feature, you represent and warrant that:

You have the right to access and scrape the websites you specify
You will comply with each website's terms of service and robots.txt
You will not use the Service to scrape websites without authorization
You are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from website scraping

9. Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We do not accept liability for content loss resulting from service downgrades, cancellations, or technical issues. While we implement reasonable backup procedures, we do not guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
